Rubatosis - Exhibition & Performance

Below are images taken during the hanging of Rubatosis. The piece can be seen in my studio space during assessment.

I served Espresso Martinis at the opening for the exhibition. This involved working out the alcohol content of the cocktails to ensure they were equivalent to the wine being served, and risk assessing the performance. It helped attract visitors to the exhibition.
